4 Level stack molds quadruple the output previously
offered by single face molds. These molds are suitable
for very high production volumes of shallow parts.
The 4 level stack mold is possible due to the use of a
twin Valveless Melt Transfer System (VMTS), allowing the
transfer of melt to both hot runner manifolds using
StackTeck´s fully balance hot runner system.
Pictured here is a 4x24 level mold (96 cavities) that
runs a thin wall lid (3” diameter) producing over 75,000
parts per hour at cycles close to 5 seconds.
